The Morning Of the Event | 9 AM
Fish The Colorado
This stretch of the upper Colorado River is home to some of the best brown trout fishing and best scenery in the state. We're going to be arriving Friday for a night of pre-gaming and setting up. You're welcome to join us this evening and wake up to float/fish our way down the river to the venue. If you're a BLM narc reading this, the float is not part of Huge Fest and there is no guiding. Just some friends enjoying the river.

My buddy Dan Bruckner and I grew up in the same small town in Maryland but never met til we both ended up in Colorado. Now residing in Lyons, he owns A Spice Of Life Catering and will be cooking up some incredible eats for us at Huge Fest. Our friends at Odell Brewing have us stocked with all the beer we'll need but you're welcome to bring your own as well.

We're all here for the same reason, to connect as anglers and appreciators of the Colorado River. We invite you to come meet fellow like-minded anglers and have a damn good time bonding over fishing, food, laughter, and fire. This event was built around all of us and our shared passion for fly fishing. If you come here and don't leave with a new fishing buddy, that's your problem. It's going to be a hell of a time.

our ticket to Huge Fest includes a catered BBQ dinner, 2 free drink tickets, a stand-up comedy set from by Eeland Stribling, access to a raffle stacked with killer prizes, and a swag bag. 20% of profits will go to the Colorado Water Trust to help them put water back into the rivers where it belongs.
This is a cashless event for entries and purchases but bring cash to tip our lovely bartenders and chefs.
The official event runs from 5 PM - 9 PM on September 27, 2025.
We will be arriving the day before to have a pre-party and camp out for the night. You're welcome to come early and join us for the pre-Huge Fest Hang Out!
We will be setting out around 9 AM the day of the event and fishing our way down to Rancho Del Rio. The exact launch location and times are still up in the air. We invite you to come early and join us. More info to come.
The fishing is all up to you! We're going to put in upriver sometime around 9 am and float/fish our way down to Rancho Del Rio. You can launch and fish your way down to the event or wade/fish at the property before the event.
This is an adult-oriented event, and while we love kids and have kids, we recommend leaving the little ones at home for this event. This is a place to get down
The event is at Rancho Del Rio on the Colorado River in Bond, Colorado. You can get directions here.
With limited tickets and because this event is a benefit, we're not issuing refunds for ticket purchases. That being said, we understand that things come up, and emergencies happen. All refunds are up to our discretion, so please contact us if you need help.
No outside food or alcohol is permitted at the venue.
We will have beer, hards seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages available.
You can of course bring your own beverages and food at your own discretion on the river leading up to the event and at your campsite.

Sure! Dogs are welcome to join in on the fun, but you are 100% responsible for your pet's behavior. If Fido is bringing down the vibes of the event, we may ask you to take them away.
